Sheilah Gashumba Reveals Reasons why she Quit TV Hosting
Socialite Sheilah Gashumba has explained her decision to stop hosting TV shows. Over the years, Sheilah Gashumba has been a prominent figure in hosting various TV shows on major media platforms.
Her most recent hosting role was on NBS’ After 5 show, where she collaborated with Douglas Lwanga, DVJ Mercy, DJ Roja, and MC Kats.
However, after some time, Sheilah Gashumba ceased her appearances on the show for reasons she has now clarified.
In a video obtained, Sheilah Gashumba disclosed that she chose to resign due to conflicting musical preferences with her fellow hosts.
She elaborated on her desire to leave a lasting impact whenever she undertakes a project. During that period, Joshua Baraka had just begun his music career, and Sheilah wanted the viewers to explore new sounds by featuring his music on the show.
Unfortunately, her fellow hosts and the show’s producer made it nearly impossible to achieve this goal.
Additionally, Sheilah expressed her frustration with the repetitive topics and music constantly addressed on the show, ultimately leading to her resigning from her hosting duties.
