Balaam best known for his role in promoting events and strong support for (NRM) and President Museveni’s son Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, has been appointed Minister of State for Gender, Labour and Social Development (Youth and Children Affairs).
President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni shared this announcement on social media, generating a lot of reactions from netizens.
Balaam’s appointment is a big step forward for him, given his dedication and hard work supporting the ruling government.
